This Privacy Policy explains how Seodapop Inc. ("Seodapop," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at seodapop.com (the "Site") and the services we provide, including agentic AI consulting and integration; AI-powered voice receptionists, SMS/text messaging agents, missed-call text-back, lead-response, review, and appointment-reminder automations; AI opportunity audits; application and web development; and growth-marketing services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site or the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

Our two roles: controller and service provider

When you interact with our Site or contact us about our Services, we act as the business/controller of your personal information and this Policy governs.

When we build and operate automations for a client (for example, an AI receptionist, SMS agent, or reminder system deployed for a business), we process end-user information on that client's behalf as a service provider/processor, under the client's instructions and privacy notice. In that role, the client — not Seodapop — is responsible for providing notice to and obtaining any required consents from its own customers, and our processing is governed by our written agreement with that client rather than this Policy.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you provide: name, email address, business/company name, phone number, and the contents of messages when you submit our contact form, request a free AI audit, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us.
Scheduling information: if you book a call through an embedded scheduler, the scheduling provider collects your name, email, and selected time on our behalf.
Communications: records of your correspondence with us, and — where you interact with an AI voice or messaging agent we operate — call and message content, transcripts, and metadata (such as phone number, time, and duration).
Automatically collected data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools, subject to your consent choices.
Anti-spam data: information processed by Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish humans from bots on our forms.
Third-party and public data: business reviews and ratings we retrieve about businesses (including via review and business-listing providers) to display or analyze publicly available reputation information.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, provide the free AI audit, schedule calls, and deliver the Services;
To operate, secure, and improve the Site and the Services, including debugging and analytics;
To send administrative and, where permitted, marketing communications (you may opt out at any time);
To measure and improve marketing and advertising performance, subject to your consent;
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Artificial intelligence and automated processing

Our Services use AI systems. Information you submit to us, and information handled by AI agents we operate, may be processed by automated systems and by third-party AI/model providers under contract to us. We do not permit our vendors to use client or end-user personal information to train their general-purpose models except as authorized by our agreements and applicable law.

AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and are intended to be reviewed by a human. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

Calls, text messages, and TCPA consent

If you provide a phone number, you consent to be contacted by us at that number regarding your inquiry or the Services. Where we or a client operate AI calling or SMS features, calls may be recorded and messages may be automated. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not send you marketing calls or texts without the consent required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law. Consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of purchasing any Service.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. Non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies are set only after you accept them via our cookie banner, consistent with Google Consent Mode. We use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads. These providers may process your data as described in their own policies.

You can manage cookies through our banner and your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as follows:

Service providers/processors that support the Site and Services under contract — for example: hosting and infrastructure; email delivery; scheduling; analytics and advertising; anti-spam; content management; caching/rate-limiting; and AI/model providers.
Business clients, where we act as their service provider and process end-user data on their behalf.
Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, and prevent harm.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

"Sharing" for advertising (California)

We may allow advertising partners to collect certain online identifiers through cookies to measure and improve advertising. Under California law this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out via our cookie banner, a GPC signal, or the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism described below. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods for data we process on a client's behalf are set by our agreement with that client.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors and transfers

The Site is operated from the United States and available in multiple languages. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required (for example, for visitors in the EEA or UK), we rely on an appropriate legal basis and safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: access or know the personal information we hold about you; request correction or deletion; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of certain targeted advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; request portability; and, in some regions, object to or restrict certain processing. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us at privacy@seodapop.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."

Children's privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
